Forget the three-day marathon effort that used to precede a meal for family and friends. These days, all the best hosts are Smorging.

Based on the Scandinavian Smørgåsbord, Smorging is when a group of friends gather and graze on an assortment of both hot and cold dishes, usually involving a range of cheeses, chutneys and tasty accompaniments. And it’s significantly easier than creating a full three-course meal!

Originally created as a Nordic Saturday lunch, this wonderful eating style has become the ultimate in evening entertaining, using a combination of flavours and produce that work perfectly with a selection of Huntley & Palmers crackers and baked Flatbreads.
