  • Simple sweet chilli and philly dip

    Soften Philadelphia cream cheese and mix to a smooth dip with a little milk or sour cream. Spoon into a serving dish and drizzle with spicy sweet chilli sauce, garnish with Italian parsley.

  • Roasted red pepper, smoked paprika and tomato salsa dip

    In the food processor blend roasted skinned and de-seeded red peppers until smooth. Combine with finely diced tomato, red onion, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, lemon juice, brown sugar and enough olive oil to make a good dipping consistency. Season to taste and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
